If I could leave zero stars I would. I had purchased process service for Certified Mail and the customer service that I have received with this place is much less than expected. I had requested a Certified Mail Receipt and was not provided with one. I asked to speak with Paul Schuder and was not allowed to speak with him. It has been over a week since I have purchased process service and I have not received the Certified Mail Receipt that I have requested.

PCS was great! Christina and Karina were instrumental in ensuring my needs and concerns were met; they were supportive beyond what they needed to be. The customer service I received from these ladies was second to none. I appreciate everything. Thank you so much!

HIring a process server out of state is a hit or miss proposition. Even when you ask for referrals from other lawyers, you're never sure if the process server is any good. We have had some terrible process servers in the past, in Texas. This week, we had an emergency service. We found PCS and called them. They were INCREDIBLE. They didn't require payment up front. They sent someone out right away. They were responsive to our inquiries. They checked in with us about the rules of service in our jurisdiction. They got our person served in under 24 hours. The people on the phone and email were friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a process server in the Fort Worth area.

These folks are not only awesome and affordable but they are fast. my server kept me up to date on exactly what was going on. it was awesome when i got the text message its served. theses folks are highly recommended the did what the police could not do.
