Standing 10 metres high and stretching over 20 metres across, these fishing nets were brought to Kochi over six centuries ago by traders from Kublai Khan, once ruler of the Mongol Empire. Today, you only need carry the freshly caught fish a few minutes away to a street vendor, who will fry it for you as a delicious snack.
