Arrived to a very helpful man and lady who never returned our smiles. Our passports were taken from us and driven off with to be photocopied. This made us nervous until they were returned to us on the street. Our rooms were not clean and the mattresses, even by Indian standards, were so incredibly hard. The landings are dark and the rim next door had 10 pairs of shoes outside! The facade is lovely, I'm so sorry to say that inside the hotel does live up to expectations. Sorry.

The owner of the premises rushes himself to a nearby shop and gets substandard food on his scooter. The quality and quantity are both very bad. Room service is non existent. The intention of the proprietor though is in the right place. The execution is shoddy. In my view this can be improved with a little bit of effort.
