Diese Verpackungen haben den Nachteil des Spritzens beim Öffnen der Packungen aufgrund des entweichenden Gasdruckes unter Mitnahme von Flüssigkeit sowie des Abreißens der Verschlusslasche während des Öffnens. Des Weiteren stellt die Verwendung von Kunststoff- bzw. Mit Auflösung der Kapsel bei warmen bzw. heißen Temperaturen wird die verkapselte Milch/Kaffeesahne/Kondensmilch unversehrt freigesetzt. Durch Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Portionskapseln entfällt das Öffnen herkömmlicher Kunststoff- bzw. Aluminiumverpackungen bzw. anderweitiger Verhüllungen. Die durch auflösbare Materialien verkapselte Milch/Kaffeesahne/Kondensmilch kann direkt in Heißgetränke gegeben werden und führt somit zu einer spritzfreien und sauberen Handhabung. Die verkapselte Milch/Kaffeesahne/Kondensmilch kann mit einem Zuckerwürfel verglichen werden, wobei sich dieser „Milchwürfel” wie ein Zuckerwürfel in Heißgetränken auflöst. Diese Milchwürfel können mit Lebensmittelfarbe zur Kennzeichnung der Zusammensetzung, z. B. Art des eingesetzten Milchproduktes, Fett-, Zucker-, Süßstoffgehalt usw., eingefärbt werden.
