According to reports, the makers of the show will take the show off-air and as the rumour has it, the show is in its last legs. The show has successfully completed its 100^th episode and the Bepannah team has celebrated the completion of 100 episodes with a bash. The lead actors Jennifer Winget and Harshad Khurana were seen cutting the cake and later they went on to do a romantic dance.

The buzz is that the makers of the show decided to keep it a finite series but was extended due to public demand. The show has a tremendously good TRP and is very popular among fans. However, the makers will not be able to extend the show any further and it may go off air by September this year.

The series starring Jennifer and Harshad is considered to be one of the out-of-the-box concept shows with many layers to it. Though the series is missing on intense romantic scenes, one cannot stop but fall in love with the two actors and the mystery, the drama and their chemistry.
