‘Peace for Children,’ an initiative of Shree Dayaa Foundation, was launched in the city on Tuesday, with an aim to focus on the welfare and protection of children.

“In this preoccupied world, very little attention is given for the welfare of children. Through the initiative, I wish to bring the community together to raise awareness about issues which need attention to create a better environment for them,” said Latha Rajinikanth, Chairperson of Dayaa Foundation. She stressed on the need for more people to come together to discuss, as well as look at how solutions to ensure the safety of children could be implemented.

Pinky Reddy, National President of the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), who was present at the launch, said that she would take the initiative to Hyderabad.
