Healthy Keto Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
- Sweetener: 1-2 tbsp
- 1 medium egg
- Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
- Heavy cream: 1 tbsp
- Baking powder: 1/4 tsp
- Salt: 1 pinch
Instructions

- In another bowl, beat eggs until they are fluffy enough to make your cake rise. Add this to the cocoa mix along with the cream, vanilla essence, baking powder, and salt. You can buy baking powder from here at ₹ 100
- Brush the baking pan with some cooking oil, pour the batter and bake it for about 10-15 minutes at 350° F. If you are making a mug keto cake then microwave it for 1 minute, check to see if it is solid on top and then microwave again with intervals of 10 seconds until done. Alia Bhatt Turns Baker!
Alia had also turned chef and baked a cake for her beau Ranbir Kapoor for his birthday and it looked simply scrumptious! The vanilla sponge cake had a pastry cream and pineapple filling with a vanilla bean and cream cheese frosting. It was topped with caramelised pineapple slices. It sure looked like she poured all her love into the cake for the Saanwariya boy who will be seen with her in the upcoming movie Brahmastra.
