The The National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the NEET exam pattern 2025 along with the information bulletin. Medical aspirants looking for MBBS and BDS seats must be familiar with the exam pattern of NEET 2025. The NEET 2025 is held in pen and paper mode for 3 hours and 20 minutes. As per the NEET exam pattern, the paper will be divided into two sections: Section A and B. Section A will contain 35 questions, while Section B will have 15 questions. Of these 15 questions in Section B, candidates will have to answer 10 questions.

The NEET exam for undergraduate medical and dental courses in India consists of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) out of which candidates need to attend 180 only. These questions are divided into three sections:

NEET question paper will contain 200 multiple choice questions carrying 4 marks each, out of which only 180 questions need to be answered. The question papers of NEET will comprise the questions from class 11 and 12 syllabi from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
NEET question paper 2025 will be available in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates can choose the question paper language of NEET 2025 while filling the application form. Candidates will have to fill the medium of NEET question paper while filling the NEET application form 2025. It must be noted that, medium of question paper once filled cannot be changed later.
Candidates opting for English would be provided NEET UG 2025 test booklet in English only.
Students opting for Hindi would be provided with a Bilingual Test Booklet in English and Hindi.
All candidates opting for regional languages would also be provided with a Bilingual Test Booklet in their selected regional language and English.
In case of any ambiguity in the translation of any of the questions, the English version of the NEET question paper shall be treated as final.
Candidates can go through the marking scheme of NEET 2025 to understand how the marks will be allotted by the authorities after the conclusion of the exam.
For each correct answer in NEET, 4 marks will be given and one mark will be deducted for each wrong attempt.
If any question is not attempted, there is no negative marking in NEET as per the exam pattern.
Answers once marked in the NEET OMR sheet cannot be changed.
Marking more than one option will cost a negative marking.

Considering you as general candidate it's not possible to get a mbbs seat with 320 score , though you may try for other medical courses , also it depends upon neet cut off 2024 . Cut off changes every year. It is dependent on factors including students appeared , seat intake , difficulty level of exam, normalisation process and previous year's cut off.
