Here's how you can procure Anandaiah's medicine
VIJAYAWADA: As Bonigi Anandaiah’s team are getting set to mass produce his herbal paste for Covid patients, district officials said that they are creating an e-commerce platform to enable people to book medicine online and get it delivered to their door step via courier.
Officials said that preparations are underway to set up the E-commerce platform under the domain name www.childeal.in, which will have a payment gateway to enable those booking the medicine online.
Officials said that a deal has already been struck with the postal department and private courier service to deliver the medicine in rural and urban areas across the state. The website is expected to be launched by next week. Once it is launched, people can book their medicine by paying a nominal fee which will include courier charges to get the herbal medicine delivered to be delivered to their homes.
Officials said that they trying to ensure that crowding for the medicine is avoided and hence, the manufacturing centre for the medicine has been shifted to CVR Security Academy in Krishnapatnam port. As far as the offline delivery system is concerned, sources said that village and ward volunteers would be roped to deliver the medicines locally. Anandaiah’s team are expected to produce the medicine for 75,000 infected patients across Andhra Pradesh.
However, it is pertinent to note that those who are looking to avail the medicine must be aware of the report submitted by the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS). While the CCRAS categorically stated that the medicine does not do any harm to its users, it also states that there is no evidence that the medicine can reduce the effects of Covid-19.
