I bought A9+ 5G on Amazon for 174€ and I love it! No complaints here, Samsung did a great job.

I can confirm that i have no issues as people stated. Works like a charm. Im from united states and using it on metro by T-Mobile carrier.

For the multi touch issue,i found that if you have a case and do not touch the metal frame with your hand ,it will not occur
