Maharashtra Board SSC 10th Result 2021 Updates: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the result for SSC or class 10 board examinations. The result links were scheduled to be active at 1 pm, however due to technical reasons they remained inactive for the entire day. State Education Minister apologised “for the inconvenience caused” and said strict action will be taken against all those responsible to ensure that such incidents don’t recur.
Meanwhile the board has released two new links for the students to check their SSC results. Students can check their scores from the direct links – http://115.124.96.221 and http://115.124.96.23/. This year, the board has recorded 99.95 pass per cent. Of 9 divisions, Konkan division has 100 percent results.

MSBSHSE had cancelled the SSC exams due to Covid this year. Students will be evaluated on the basis of their marks in class 9 and 10 where both components will carry 50 per cent weightage. The 50 per cent weightage given to class 10 marks will also be divided into two components- 30 per cent for internal assessments and 20 per cent for practicals/ homework/ assignments.
Of the nine schools in the state which had zero per cent results, two are in Pune Division while of 957 students who received 100 per cent marks across the state, 79 are from Pune division.
In the SSC results declared on July 16, the pass percentage of Class 10 students in the Pune Division, which includes Pune, Ahmednagar and Solapur districts, stood at 99.96. This is marginally higher than the average state pass percentage of 99.95.
The University Grant Commission (UGC) has issued the examination guidelines and academic calendar for the new session of 2021-22 adhering to the Covid-19 protocols. As per the notice, the first-year classes will begin on October 1. As the website's servers were down, several students took to Twitter to request the Maharashtra CM and education minister Varsha Gaikwad to help them check the results.
Speaking on the issue, Dinkar Patil, Chairman, MSBSHSE, said, “We had taken all precautions and were prepared to handle the load and yet somehow, the server crashed. We are continuously in touch with the technical team. The site should be working within 30 minutes.”

Of the 82,802 students, who repeated the SSC class, registered for the evaluation this year, and of these 74,618 students have passed, which is 90.25 per cent.
Exam forms for CET for FYJC admissions will be made available on July 19. Students have to indicate if they wish to give CET or not. It is optional for all. Tentatively, the CET will be conducted on August 21, but details regarding that will be declared soon.
In the Maharashtra SSC results declared today, the state witnessed many firsts. This is the first time that SSC results were declared without conducting any exams. Moreover, the board has for the first time witnessed a pass per centage higher than 99 per cent. The number of students who scored more than 90% crossed the one lakh mark while more than 900 students got cent per cent result this year. Konkan emerged as a topper division again this year.

This year too, girl students have managed to score better than the boys by scoring the pass percentage is 99.96% while boys are at 99.94%. Among the total of 16,58,624 students, 9.09 lakh are boys and 7.48 lakh are girls who registered for the exam this year.

Maharashtra SSC students can check their results at result.mh-ssc.ac.in, mahasscboard.in. The results are currently loading slow due to heavy online traffic.

Step 2: Enter your seat number. In case a student does not have it they can connect with schools
Step 3: To get seat number online enter details including district name, taluka name, student name etc and click seartc

This year, the board has recorded 99.95 pass per cent. While in 2020, SSC results had been the state board’s best performance in six years. After 2019 results had left many disappointed owing to a dip of over 12 per cent, the pass percentage last year was 95.30 per cent, a leap from 77.10 per cent in 2019.
This year too, girl students have managed to score better than the boys by scoring the pass percentage is 99.96% while boys are at 99.94%. Among the total of 16,58,624 students, 9.09 lakh are boys and 7.48 lakh are girls who registered for the exam this year.
Students who are unhappy with the marks awarded to them in the SSC results will be allowed to reappear in the offline exam as and when the situation in conducive. The dates of the offline exam will be declared later by the board.

A total of 957 students have got 100 percent marks in the Maharashtra SSC results 2021. Whereas, over one lakh students got more than 90 per cent marks this year.
Results of 4,952 students have been held back by the MSBSHSE. In many cases, the data of students was not received as these students are repeaters.
While Konkan division has 100 percent results, the least pass percentage is from Nagpur division, 99.94%. Last year, Aurangabad division was at the bottom with 92 per cent
The exam forms for the common entrance test (CET) exam for FYJC admissions will open on July 19. Students have to indicate if they want to give CET or not. The facility is optional for all students.
In the result declared today, a total of 1,04,633 students in the state score above 90 percent in SSC, 957 students get 100 percent marks

In the record result declared last year, a total of 8360 schools declared 100 percent results. Our of 60, a total of 20 subjects had 100 percent results.
The SSC result 2021 will be declared at 1 pm. Due to heavy traffic, it is possible that the website may work slow. Hence the students should quickly enter their roll number and mother's name to on the result window to get their scores
In 2020, SSC results saw a huge rise of 18.20 percentage points in pass percentage as compared to 2019. As per reports, it was the highest pass percentage of last six years. The overall pass percentage of fresh candidates who appeared for the March 2020 examinations was 95.30 per cent. Since SSC exams were not conducted this year, it would be worth seeing if a new record is set this year.
The Maharashtra SSC results will be declared for nine district divisions - Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amaravati, Nasik, Latur and Konkan. Last year, Konkan topped the list with 98.77 pass per cent.
In order to clear the Maharashtra SSC exams, student should score at least 35 per cent marks in each subject. However, those with 20 per cent will be also be considered pass.
The evaluation of the SSC results will be based on the following criteria:
Class 9 marks - 50 per cent weightage.
Class 10 internal assessments - 30 per cent weightage
Class 10 practicals/ homework/ assignments - 20 per cent weightage
“After the result of Class 10 is announced, the state board or the examination council will provide the option for the students to register on the CET portal,” Varsha Gaikwad, Maharashtra Education Minister had earlier tweeted through her official Twitter handle. The dates of the CET exam has not been announced yet.

At least 5,947 schools in rural Maharashtra, which had been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, reopened on Thursday for students of Classes 8 to 12 with coronavirus safety protocols in place. The state government had issued a notification about restarting physical classes in rural areas which are not reporting new COVID-19 cases.
Students should be able to check their result at 1 pm. Last year too the result was announced at the same time. Since a huge number of students will be checking the results at the same time, a slow website can be expected

A seven-member committee had been formed at every school level headed by the school principal which was entrusted to ensure no malpractice takes place in assessment and disciplinary action can be initiated by the committee for the same.

In view of the pandemic and the surge in Covid-19 cases, MSBSHSE this year did not conduct the SSC or Class 10 examinations. The examinations were initially to be conducted in April but were postponed to June due to the pandemic. However, the exams were later declared cancelled.
Nearly 17 lakh students had registered for the SSC examination. However, the exams were not conducted this year due to a surge in Covid-19 cases across the state.
