UGC NET Exam Pattern 2024
As per the UGC NET exam pattern, a total of 50 questions will be asked in paper 1. The questions in UGC NET paper-I are asked from reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness. UGC NET Paper 2 comprises 100 questions from an optional subject. UGC National Eligibility Test paper 2 comprises 100 questions. According to the UGC NET exam pattern, all the questions will be asked from the optional subject in paper 2. For each question candidates will be awarded 2 marks while there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

Hello aspirant,
Before applying, candidates must review the qualifying requirements for UGC NET 2023. Twice a year, the UGC NET is held to ascertain the eligibility of applicants seeking to become Assistant Professors and JRFs.
The age limit for JRF is 30 years but there is no agr limit for assistant professor. So you are eligible for assistant professor job.

D. must have a post-graduate degree in Sociology/ Community Health with at least 55% marks from a recognized university and must have passed the national level entrance examination or university level entrance examination As you have already passed the examination, you are one step closer.
