HOLY MOLY! Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli Are Getting Married In Italy This WEEK?
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been dating since 2013, and have been the sweethearts of Indian tabloids since. Like aunties who are emotionally invested in the relationships of young couples they have nothing to do with, everyone has since been obsessing about them getting married. Finally, it seems their wish is going to be granted.
According to an India Today report, sources have suggested that the couple is set to tie the knot this very weekend, between December 9 and 11, in Italy! Our Virushka-loving hearts nearly stopped upon hearing this because Italy is where A-listers like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, as well as the iconic duo #KimYe said their vows.
Now, while a representative of Anushka Sharma denied the rumours when a leading daily contacted them, we are pretty sure they would do the same if the two were indeed getting married. To add more fuel to the fire, the fact that Virat Kohli is taking a break from cricket is a huge factor making everyone suspicious. He has been offered a period of rest in the Test series against Sri Lanka. After all, if they are indeed having a secret wedding in a faraway land, they are unlikely to advertise it by announcing it to the media. In their case, this is even more true because they like keeping their relationship low-key.
Having said that, it is also true that there were rumours of the duo splitting up a while ago because Anushka allegedly did not want to get married at the peak of her career. If she still believes that is true, then our dreams of seeing one of our favourite celebrity couples wed in Italy might be quashed (you know, because it is totally our business). All we have to say now, is that Anushka is going to make a beautiful bride, the two are going to make a beautiful couple, and WE CANNOT WAIT, no matter when or where the wedding happens. You only have to see the love in their eyes for each other to understand that!
