Vedanta founder reveals about his struggling days
Beginning with a note that "there is no right time for success", the Vedanta founder stated that society puts a lot of pressure on young people to succeed in their careers at a young age.
He recalled his experience of talking with the youth and stated that many ambitious young people feel like " the time is running out and they must be successful before their 30s."
Sharing his own experience with failures, Agarwal added, "I have seen disappointment a lot of times, I have seen my best ideas getting rejected. From sleepless nights in factories on the verge of closure to thinking about the next day’s survival, I struggled a lot in my 20s and 30s. After a lot more experience and a little less hair, my first successful start-up came in my 40s. The very ideas that were once called bad started getting praises."
