Angkor Wat is a temple complex at Angkor, Cambodia dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It was built by King Suryavarman of the Khmer Empire, in an area of 1,626,000 square metres.
Swaminarayan Akshardham, located in Robbinsville, New Jersey, is the second largest Hindu temple in the world. It is situated in 655,591-square metre area, geographically at the heart of the US. It will be inaugurated on 8 October 2023.

Belur Maṭh is the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, founded by Swami Vivekananda, a chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. It is located in an area of approx. 160,000 square metre on the west bank of Hooghly River in Belur, Kolkata.
Annamalaiyar Temple in Tiruvannamalai is a noted Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It has four stately towers on all the four sides and four high stone walls just like the rampart walls of a fort and is spread in an area of 101,171 square metre.
