Came fast and in good new condition. My son who is 3 loves Ben 10. Its easy for him to use and fits his wrist. It took a bit to figure out how to change the discs out but we got it after some trial and error. Its not very descriptive in the instructions. Overall my son loves it and can play with it. He is on cloud 9.

Good product. Kid friendly. Easy to use.

The toy came with NO packaging. I was giving it as a gift so this is very disappointing. The switch was also ‘on' so the battery has been dying for I don't know how long.

Wouldn't buy again from company

Did not come in a package just came as a watch. This was for a present.

Confused

This came in just a plastic bag, no box or anything. It doesn't look new, and I'm worried about my son liking his gift from Santa now. Buy a different one, totally not worth it.

bummed

Ordered this item for my son's birthday and it arrived loose in an envelope and the toy does not function as it was designed. There are two buttons on the toy one to turn on the light the other to eject the inserted disc. When you insert the disc it should lock in place so you can spin it and select the images, then press the eject button and the disc pops out. The eject button does nothing. Beware this seller.

No indication that this was a used broken item.

This was not in any sort of legit toy packaging and appeared it might have been used. The illumination is very weak. Bummer of a toy and bummer of a packaging. Did I miss where I was buying a used toy for new toy prices?

Not worth your money

Arrived without packaging! Its cheaply made for the price. This was supposed to be a gift but it looks ridiculous out of packaging. It took forever to get here but I think that was mostly usps.

Absolutely horrible

This item arrived two weeks after I ordered it. The watch and slides were inside of a bag. It appeared to be used. I am very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it. It was not worth the wait. I feel like I received a second hand piece of junk. Beware to anyone who considers  purchasing. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order, but it was two weeks before I received it. Terrible purchase.

Item took awhile to ship. Its in USED condition. Paint chips.  Came with 2 discs. Not in a package at all. Will be returning. Very upset as this was supposed to be a gift for my 3 year old. Complete waste of money.
