Last week, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her birthday by writing that she's “learned to understand the simplicity of life,” but so far her 34th year is off to a not-so-simple start.

The actress has been busy promoting remixes of her new song “Back To Me,” meeting with the United Arab Emirates government, and mourning not being able to judge the next season of The Masked Singer Australia because of coronavirus travel restrictions despite reportedly being fired from the show in October. On top of all that, she's now also gearing up to serve as maid of honor at her mother Dina Lohan's wedding to her fiancé Jesse Nadler, a man she has yet to actually meet in person.

On a recent episode of her podcast Listen to me, THE OG MAMA D!, Dina discussed her upcoming wedding, saying, “I am going to go off the grid. Lindsay and Ali are going to be my maid of honors because they’re both angels and both my boys are going to walk me down the aisle together. They've both been there and are such amazing men and so kind to their women. I can't even make it up.”

Dina first revealed her relationship with Nadler last year on Celebrity Big Brother, announcing that she was dating someone she met on Facebook five years ago without ever meeting in person or speaking to him on FaceTime. After breaking up briefly in April, the pair got engaged in June over FaceTime after Nadler mailed her an engagement ring. Dina says he isn't currently able to travel or quarantine with her as Nadler is caring for his mother who's battling cancer.

Lohan assured her podcast listeners, however, “We will meet way before [the wedding]. We aren't freaks or weirdos or like blind date whatever those shows are. I know him, he knows me. We have no secrets. I love him for him. That's it. That's what it is.“

She added that “if anyone” was going to sing at her wedding, it would be Aliana. Although a "Back To Me" nuptial remix does have a certain ring to it.
