The apex court today questioned BCCI on trustability of former BCCI president Srinivasan role in IPL scam. It expressed dissatisfaction over BCCI clean chit to Srinivasan asked clarification from board.
The court questioned the legality and morality of the Stinivasan role who is heading BCCI and CSK ownership when the incident is happened. It expressed doubts over his role in IPL scam and stressed on board transparency during the scam revealed time. Srinivasal who freed on benefit of doubt in Mudgal committee report had prepare to take chair once again. The apex court stopped his efforts to take ownership of BCCI president post ordered him to give clarification on his conflict of interest. The court postponed the election and ruled to maintain same status till the time the issue gets a solution.
