Opulent rooms, an exclusive spa and bespoke experience for a memorable stay. It also features a out door pool. The staff is extremely courteous and the hospitality is too good. It's worth to visit both enjoyment wise and money wise

This is just a basic hotel with very basic amenities. It is being over rated and over priced. There is very limited parking on site, may be upto one or two cars. They have an open parking area in a nearby coconut grove. One should be fortunate enough to find his car next morning without a broken glass or a dent due to coconut fall!!! The front office is functional in the day time only and therefore the guest is at his own disposal in the night. There is no in house restaurant and therefore never expect a morning tea or breakfast. My stay was in one of their quad Rooms. Room was not so clean and have odour. View from the room window is a small pool of water formed with the droplets flowed out of the air conditioner and the property next door. Linen is somehow satisfactory. Presence of bed was noticed when checked next day morning, else it was felt to be sleeping on the cot surface. Towels were off white, didn't understand whether it's the colour or otherwise!!! Toiletries were provided without dental and shaving kits! Kettle and geyser are not there in the inventory, so never dream to boil water for drinking or hot water for bath. Air conditioner has its own cooling settings seems to be set to maintain kinda 26��c. The remote control is therefore like a toy. They do provide a fan without speed restrictions. Whilst star rated hotels extends plush and splendid stays at lower tariffs than this hotel, it is felt that room and amenities are very low worthy for an exorbitant tariff of ��4.5k.

Very poorly maintained hotel. The bedsheets provided were really dirty. Bathroom was not properly cleaned, was having an unpleasant odour inside the room. The worst thing i saw there was the swimming pool. The water was really dirty, even though people were using it. The only positive thing about this place is its location. It is located very near to the cliff and the beach, just walkable distance.

Hotel is at a good location with walkable distance from black beach. But infrastructure needs maintenance. Pool water appears unclean, bedsheets and beds were shabby. The watchman was nice and helped us in getting rides to and fro to the railway station. Needs improvement, it is a great loss to be mediocre in such a great location. The management needs to step up efforts and it can be a top resort. Link activities, install a good cleaning system for the pool, etc.

For this price i feel this hotel is good and rooms are clean and staff is also very helpful. The breakfast they give is also good but for breakfast we need to move 100 m from the hotel to their another hotel.pool is not very deep . When i stayed there , they had some construction happening and it was little disturbing and noisy
