The HTC desire offered via Tata Docomo seems to have enticed users. Now, the company has launched a new co-branded mobile handset from Alcatel, the OneTouch Net Phone. Snoozing in with an ergonomic QWERTY keyboard, the handset allows users to enjoy a host of Yahoo! services on it.

The newly unleashed phone employs an optical trackpad for easy navigation and Internet browsing. Available in eye-catchy color schemes of white and lavender as well as black and silver, the handset flaunts an elegant design. Photography enthusiasts can utilize the 2MP camera of the latest device, while it is filled to the brim with 80MB of built-in memory, MP3 player, FM radio, and stereo Bluetooth 2.0 technology.

The OneTouch Net Phone renders users with multiple Yahoo! services for a complete experience. In order to chat online with their friends, Yahoo! messenger can be used with emoticons, avatars, or photos for livening up the experience. Other Yahoo! services included for social butterflies are Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Contacts and Calendar, Yahoo! Homepage, Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Search with Voice, Yahoo! Social Pulse, and Flickr.

The Alcatel OneTouch Net Phone is now available for Rs. 5,499.
