What educators are saying

Another great resource that will keep you from staring at a blank page and getting discouraged. You always spark ideas with your resources.

Description

If your emails have a purpose you can write them fast, and well, and your bank account will reflect the difference. Once you know the purpose why you are emailing you know what to say and how to position your product.

For example, if you have a set of sight word task cards you could say, "I'm so excited for you to have this new task card set...", but that's boring and what everyone else says.

So if your email purpose is to tell funny stories then you could talk about how an awkward sight word task card got stuck on a student's butt. A laughing teacher is a buying teacher.

Or you could talk about how sight word task cards are used so uniquely in Russia and you bring that technique to your list. Then pitch the product.

Or you could talk about the thing that no one does with task cards because you've got a juicy tip.

See what I mean?

Go through this list. Write your 3 purposes down. Tape them to your computer.

Then write the best emails of your life.
