What educators are saying
I used this resource with my duel immersion students who are learning Chinese. They were beyond ecstatic when I pulled them out. We used them for early finishers during testing and it was the perfect tool!
Description
3 Templates including:
Dragon head
Dragon pair
Horse
Print each template on plain white paper. Staple page on the top and bottom to colorful construction paper. Have child poke holes on each dot using a small push pin. Remove the template and hang on the window to display the beautiful design!
Using a push pin to poke holes helps reinforce the 'tripod' grip we encourage students to use when holding pencils, and it strengthens the same hand muscles that we need to continue to develop for writing. The fact that children enjoy it, and that I can make designs that reinforce seasonal learning and involve the students' personal interests, is icing on the cake!
