If you’re in high school , college or just a party animal then this is the hotel for you. Clean and beautiful hotel but super noisy and there’s nonstop partying. If you want to go on vacation to relax then this is not the hotel for you.
Didn’t quite have a good experience overall. The place was nice, beautiful views and location. The atmosphere is always party mode but, check in was 1hr and 45 min delay.. and i was booking a luxury sweet. The employees that work the bags weren’t that carefully with them, ripping one of my friends bag. And last but not least, I open a tap at the beach and end up paying twice, I pay it at the beach and they charge it to my deposit. Communication between themselves was lacking really bad.
Need more TV satellite options, more knowledge on excursions, more food options. Give out information in room about concierge services and tours

I recommend you book elsewhere. The property looks like a five star resort but is far less than five stars in terms of service, functionality and food quality. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in December 2019 and ran into far too many issues during our stay which is unacceptable given the five star rating and price. Issues ranged from poor check-in / check-out process, noisy rooms, too small of amenities for the size of the resort and poor food quality relative to the price. We will be back to Dubai but will not be returning to the FIVE.
The property was beautiful, just as pictured. The staff was lovely was given a complimentary breakfast upon arrival and allowed to check in to room earlier than anticipated.
I wish during check-in we were provided more information and a brief tour of the hotel. I think we wasted some time looking for different restaurants and amenities. The whole experience was very good and would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this place. The staff was awesome and go out of their way to accommodate you. My check-in was delayed by 15-20mins, not bad at all! and they sent me a bottle of prosecco as an apology. I will definitely be staying here again.
