Top ULFA leader surrenders in Bangladesh

Arabinda Rajkhowa, the chairman of the United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA), was taken into custody by security forces in Dhaka, after he surrendered, reportedly because of differences with ULFA's military commander, Paresh Baruah.
