Using SPServices jQuery, SharePoint's Web Services : Customized Registration ID captured in SP List

SPServices is a jQuery library which abstracts SharePoint's Web Services and makes them easier to use.

Created custom list in SharePoint 2016; List name TestRegistation in that created a column RegistrationID and enabled enforce unique values shown in below screen
