Nation First! Today, always and, forever! There can be issues, challenges, differences of opinions, or mere hatred towards some fellow country men or women, or to the government legislations. Or what so ever - how so ever compelling be the reason; yet giving a call for dividing our nation Bharat/India is unpardonable! It is a national shame! Clarion calls for breaking the nation (tukde), sloganeering against the nation, hoisting or waving flags of other nations, banned terrorist organisations etc. should be considered a crime! The government must bring it under the ambit of our IPC and treat it as an offence punishable under the law. Even any act of disrespect to the national flag or national anthem be declared crime under law. The democracy needs to be enjoyed but not stretched to levels where the speech and action is anti national! #vandebharat, #ekbharatshreshthabharat , #oneindia , #oneancestry, #unitedindia, #unityindiversity , #shiningindia, #risingindia, #supremecourtofindia , #presidentofindia , #primeminister, #rakshamantri, #homeminister, #temples , #churches, #mosques, #gurudwaras, #indianarmy , #indiannavy , #indianairforce ,#indiancoastguard

📢 Recently Union Home minister Sh Amit Shah said the Centre is planning to revoke the controversial AFSPA Act and pull back some troops from Jammu and Kashmir. 💡 So, what actually AFSPA Act is all about let's delve into it 👉AFSPA stands for Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act which came into existence in 1958. 👉It was introduced to restore the law and order in a particular disturbed area where Violence becomes a way of life and law and order situation goes beyond the control of the local administration or police. Though this stringent legislation curtails some rights of the civilian residing in that particular disturbed area. 👉The AFSPA grants the army "special powers" which have to be used with care. This Act gives army the rights and powers to shoot, kill, destroy property and temporarily detain the suspects. These powers include the authority to arrest without a warrant, shoot to kill, and conduct searches of premises without consent. It has been controversial due to allegations of human rights abuses, including extrajudicial killings and torture. AFSPA has been implemented in various regions, including Jammu and Kashmir and parts of the Northeastern states. Army personnel acting under the AFSPA are immune from all actions taken under other laws such as IPC, Crpc and Civil suits. #law #legalnews #lawstudents #jammuandkashmir #India #terrorism
