One of my research works that sparked my thoughts on sustainable waste management from fish waste which is still cited at FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL ORGANISATION OF UNITED NATIONS . It was wonderful journey of research receiving samples from Malaysia Biotech corporation sponsored tilapia fish culture industry and requesting our team to provide solution for Tilapia fish waste , we concerted scales and some waste to collagen and other intestinal parts to peptide gel which can be used as natural fertilizer as source of amino acids . #greenchemistry #sustainability https://lnkd.in/givhkQAF
