Regarding replacement hiring, the Information Technology function takes the lead at 94%, with Human Resources closely following at 89%. For new hires by city, Bengaluru maintains its lead at 87%, followed by Mumbai at 86% and Chennai at 83%. Good opportunity

Since 2020, all the companies I joined laid me off, solely due to their mismanagement and inability to do business. At this point I don't feel confident anymore to apply for a new job because if one more recruiter asks me "Why so many job changes?", I will surely loose it. It's not the candidate who should always be labeled as "unstable" because of their frequent job changes. Companies too let people go for various reasons of their own. I mean how am I supposed to know that the recruiters hiring me today will suddenly ask me to leave after 3-5 months? Things don't always go as planned. Anyway.
