When I get the opportunity to photograph one of my favorite young women, I’m definitely going to take it. This gem has a heart of gold. Selfless, caring, and really fun-loving. Her smile and laughter is beautiful.
The evening provided perfect golden light and slight breeze. And unfortunately ten billion mosquitoes. No joke. We loaded up on bug spray and stayed away from wet areas as much as we could, but nonetheless they followed. We were quite the sight to see running through the fields with blankets covering our heads. These things are relentless. With the flooding that Madison has had over the last several weeks, they have multiplied ten fold.
Thankfully, as it cooled they went into hiding and we were able to have some relief. We headed over to a few old buildings, and we both loved the vibe they gave. These images ended up being some of my favorites from the session.
This young lady has a bright future ahead of her, and I wish her all of life’s best.
