Dangal has already grossed a solid Rs 132.43 core at the domestic box office in four days since the film's release on December 23. Internationally, the film has grossed Rs 76.16 crore overseas. Together, Dangal has earned Rs 208.59 crore worldwide up until Monday.

Dangal has been praised by critics and audiences alike for its direction, screenplay and acting by the film's leads; young Zaira Wasim and Suhani Bhatnagar, and Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.
