Tina Ambani shares throwback photo on Dhirubhai Ambani’s birth anniversary

Former Bollywood actress and industrialist Anil Ambani’s wife Tina Ambani paid a heartfelt tribute to her late father-in-law Dhirubhai Ambani on his birth anniversary (December 28). She shared a throwback photograph on Instagram along with an emotional note.

“Pappa, from the worksite to the boardroom, from home to the public domain, you taught each one of us to be confident while always being ready to learn; candid and forthright while staying humble, future-ready while remaining rooted,” she wrote.

“You weren’t just a wonderful father but the greatest teacher we will ever have. And your lessons continue to guide us all. Happy birthday. And thank you,” she concluded.

The endearing photograph features Tina Ambani, Anil Ambani, Kokilaben Ambani and Dhirubhai Ambani.

Earlier this year, she also paid tribute to Dhirubhai Ambani by posting a set of throwback pictures and a note.

“Dhirubhai Ambani did yesterday what the rest of India is doing today. Far ahead of his time in so many ways, a true visionary. At home, he encouraged each of us to think out of the box, be the best version of ourselves and dedicate ourself to self-actualization. We miss you every day Pappa. And we try to apply your infinite wisdom to our own lives,” she wrote.

Dhirajlal Hirachand Ambani, popularly known as Dhirubhai Ambani, founded Reliance Industries. He died on July 6, 2002.

As for Tina Ambani, a former Bollywood actress, she has worked in films such as ‘Baaton Baaton Mein’, ‘Rocky’ and ‘Yeh Vaada Raha’. She got married to Anil Ambani, Dhirubhai Ambani’s younger son, in 1991.
