Telangana police on Friday filed a closure report in the Rohith Vemula suicide case 2016, giving a clean chit to all the accused. Police claim that Rohith Vemula committed suicide fearing that certain facts about his caste and faith might emerge. The police further concluded that Rohith Vemula's mother had arranged a caste certificate for him and he feared that he might be prosecuted for hiding his real caste.
