Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper’s rumored romance has been the subject of media buzz for the past month, with sightings and reports coming out about the pair’s weekend getaways. Now, sources are talking about how Cooper’s ex Irina Shayk feels about the situation.

Cooper and Shayk started dating in 2015 and welcomed their daughter, Lea De Seine, in 2017. They broke up in 2019, but are known to have remained friends and to sustain an amicable co-parenting relationship.

An insider told Page Six the model is “not happy” about Cooper’s budding relationship with Hadid.

“Irina is not happy with Bradley for dating another supermodel, but one who is younger. It took her by surprise,” the source told the outlet. The insider also claims that Shayk has been making an effort to be photographed by paparazzi lately. “She’s saying, ‘Look, baby, I’m still hot.’”

The report comes amid news that Shayk’s brief romance with NFL star Tom Brady has ended. Sources recently told People the relationship “fizzled out” due to distance, and emphasized that there was “no drama.”

“Irina was very attracted to Tom. She liked dating him. It excited her. They had fun traveling to see each other,” a source said. “In the end, it kind of just fizzled. They both keep having obligations, and it was getting more difficult to be in the same city at the same time. Irina has nothing but great things to say about Tom.”

Earlier this month, a source told the Daily Mail that Cooper is “very into” Hadid, adding that Shayk and Brady’s romance helped push the actor and filmmaker to “move on and start dating.”

“Bradley wasn’t jealous that Irina is with Tom, but it did give him the extra push to move on and start dating and put his focus on someone who could be a good mate,” the source said. “[Cooper and Hadid] are seeing how it all goes, it is still really new, but there is no disappointment with what has been happening so far. It is all looking very positive to turn into something serious.”
