Bad Capacitors?

I pulled my computer. My Capacitors don’t seem to be bulging. However they all have brown residue on their tops (see pics). I have NO experience with this sort of thing. Is this electrolyte leakage or corrosion? Would you replace these?

What are the specs for the caps? Also any suggestions on where to buy?

DigiKey for purchase.
Specs are written on the caps.

The white line indicates the negative(-) cathode. The other lead is the positive(+) anode.
There is a temperature spec, 105C (Celsius) written on the cap.
And there is the capacitance value as well, on cap. Will be in micro or pico farads, something like 100uF or 0.1.pF, same thing.
There is a voltage rating as well, you will want one equal or higher than.

By the looks of those solder joints, those caps have already been replaced. I'm guessing the brown stuff on top the cap is inspectors-paint when it was repaired last time. I don't see any problems with those caps.

The blue one looks like it is bulging.
There is zero way to know if the caps are good vs bad, unless you take them out and test the capacitance with a capacitance meter.
