Millet flakes (Any variety) - 50 gm
Oil - 10 ml
Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Chana dal - 1/4 tsp each
Onion (chopped) - 50 gm
Curry leaves - few
Green chilly/Dry chilly - 1
Salt
Coconut - 15 gm
Sprinkle water to millet flakes & keep it aside for to minutes.
In a pan, add oil. When oil gets heated, add mustard seeds, urad & chana dal.
Then add chopped onions, curry leaves and chilies. Saute it till onion is fried.
Reduce the heat and add millet flakes. Sprinkle salt according to your taste. Mix it in low heat for minutes.
Add shredded coconut. Mix it and it’s done.
