Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover’s romance began on the sets of Alone (2015) and the two got married in 2016. Post that Bipasha went missing from the silver screen. However with MX player’s new web series – Dangerous, the actress is back in action, this time with her husband.
The actress recently spoke to a leading daily and said that she stayed away from the camera because she wanted to concentrate on her married life. Dangerous was first offered to Karan Singh Grover by Bhushan Patel (the director). Bipasha was not in the scene at the point. However the actress was offered the script later. Vikram Bhatt and Bhushan persuaded her to read the script and convinced her to play the part. She says that Dangerous was meant to be a film but due to the current times it has been turned into a web series.
Speaking about reuniting with her husband on reel, the actress, “Being on set with him was comfortable. The husband and wife in us would take over only during lunch and after pack-up. Otherwise, on set, we were simply two actors working on a scene and exchanging notes.” She adds jokingly, “The only time it's convenient to be husband and wife on set is while shooting intimate scenes.”
