Don't get me wrong, I love laughing along to a situational comedy, trying to solve a true crime documentary before it ends, and getting totally caught up in the latest drama series, but you know what I'm putting on when I just want to totally zen out in front of the TV? That's right, a good ol' reality show.

It doesn't matter if it's watching chefs compete, keeping up with the latest scandals on all the Bravo shows, or seeing just how many more couples can prove love isn't blind on Love Is Blind, I want to watch it all. Luckily for all of us reality TV stans, there is A LOT to look forward to this year. You've got Netflix faves like Queer Eye and Love Is Blind coming back with brand new seasons, plus some Bravo hits like Vanderpump Rules, Below Deck, and (my personal favorite) Summer House making their return.

Honestly, if you're not already carving out some time in your schedule to fit these all in, I don't know what you're doing. So, to make that easier, here are 12 of the best reality shows airing this year.

Queer Eye Season 8

The fab five are coming back together for another season of amazing makeovers and, of course, some heartwarming, tear-jerking moments. And not to make you cry any more than necessary, but this is going to be Bobby Berk's last season on the show, so you'll really want to soak it in as he does the heavy lifting remodeling an entire house in just a few days in every single episode.

Premiere Date: January 24, 2024

Love Is Blind Season 6

Love Is Blind may not be known for helping most of its contestants find, well, love, and yet we can't stop watching! It's coming back for a sixth season of love-seeking hopefuls entering into the pods, having conversations while hidden behind a wall, building relationships, and getting engaged before ever seeing each other, all to see if love really is blind. It's chaotic and it's amazing.

Premiere Date: February 14, 2024

Vanderpump Rules Season 11

The infamous "Scandoval" may have taken over season 10 of Vanderpump, but you better believe it's still going to rear its (very messy) head in season 11. The fallout from Tom's affair with Raquel is far from over, so that, mixed with the other endless drama you can expect from the cast, is going to make for one juicy season.

Premiere Date: January 30, 2024

The Bachelor Season 28

If there's one thing you can look forward to year after year, it's a new season of The Bachelor. This year's bachelor, Joey Graziadei, may not have been picked by bachelorette Charity Lawson (and had a pretty emotional exit from the show), but now the tennis pro is going to have more than 30 women vying for his heart, so we'll be tuning in to see if one of them snags it.

Premiere Date: January 22, 2024

Below Deck Season 11

Sadly Captain Lee Rosbach won't be making a return for season 11 because of health issues, but fear not, because Captain Kerry Titheradge (who you might recognize from Below Deck Adventure) will be helming the ship. You can also look forward to plenty of drama between the crew, and some always interesting guests on board.

Premiere Date: February 5, 2024

RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16

We've got another season of uber talented queens facing off to become America's next drag superstar, and honestly, it never gets old. This season also has some amazing guest judges on the roster, including Charlize Theron and Buffy the Vampire Slayer herself, Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Summer House Season 8

We've got another summer of NYC-dwelling friends heading to the Hamptons every weekend for a share house full of drama, parties, and many, many bottles of rosé. There are a couple newbies being added to the cast this season, so that's certainly something to look forward to, but let's be honest, we all just want to see the infamous Lindsay/Carl breakup play out on screen.

Premiere Date: February 22, 2024

Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 7

Even if you haven't watched the first six season of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, fans of the OG show will likely want to tune in because Ronnie's making his return and that means we're finally getting a long-awaited Sammi/Ronnie reunion. Whether there will be any more "anonymous" typed up notes sent to Sam about Ron's behavior remains to be seen.

Premiere Date: February 8, 2024

The Trust Season 1

This new show from Netflix is kinda like their version of The Traitors. A group of strangers are chosen to split a cash prize, and technically, no one has to be eliminated. Buuuuut, they do have the option to send people home each night, which means a bigger slice of the pie can be given to those left standing.

Love Island All Stars

If you already love Love Island then you're really going to love the all-stars version where some of your favorite islanders are making their grand return. You can expect people like Mitchel Taylor, Liberty Poole, Demi Jones, Luis Morrison, and many, many more.

Premiere Date: January 15, 2024

The Traitors Season 2

The US version of this originally British show is back for a second season. If you tuned in to the first season, you'll remember that a lot of the cast came from other reality shows like Big Brother and even Real Housewives of Miami, and season 2 is seeing much of the same. We've got a dance pro from Dancing With the Stars, a Drag Race contestant, a few real housewives, and a couple Real World alums.

Next Level Chef Season 3

Is there anything better than a Gordon Ramsay cooking show? Didn't think so! If you're not familiar with this particular one, it sees Gordon trying to seek out the best home, pro, and social media chefs to take under his wing (and the wings of his co-mentor chefs) to try to turn them into the best chefs possible. The lucky winner of the competition gets to go home with a hefty $250,000 prize. Oh, and the title of Next Level Chef!
