Ram Charan Teja’s wife Upasana spills the beans on the star!

As everyone knows, Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan Teja is a hot star in Telugu cinema right now. His wedding to Upasana was a big do and the who’s who of the Indian film industry attended the gala. Ram Charan has gone on record to state that his wife, Upsi, is far more romantic than him. Now it’s the first time that Upasana has spilled the beans on the star! Upasana apparently talked about him in an interview and she spoke of what the couple does during his time off the sets. She revealed that Ram Charan has a love for cooking and his favourite cuisine right now is Turkish food! It seems the actor rustles up dishes for them when he’s home so the two can have a romantic meal together. But Ram Charan and Upasana are also very health conscious and they follow a strict diet regimen. Last year, Ram Charan hired Priyanka Chopra’s trainer, Samir Jaura, to get into shape. He did a lot of endurance, functional and strength training and was given a strict diet to follow as well. Ram Charan started with four hours of training a day and the results are evident in his sculpted looks. His wife Upasana too is into fitness and training. Though Ram Charan had stated that he and Upsi were opposites in nature, it looks like they do share a love for food. And since they both enjoy travelling and adventure, this love is now getting transferred to the kitchen where Ram Charan tries his hand as international cuisines. Guess they have found the perfect balance to a happy marriage!
