Description
One of the main modifications that E36 owners do, is swap their OEM clutch fan for a radiator-mounted, electric, slim fan. This slim-line, radiator fan shroud can accommodate up to 16" slim fans. Designed to replicate the OEM fan shroud and was designed on an OEM radiator.
These will work with aftermarket radiators as they match OE specs, dimensions, measurements, and are typically designed to accomodate the stock fan shroud.
The OEM plastic fan shroud will work with a slim fan, but it's bulky, breaks easy, and isn't very accommodating for anything other than the factory clutch fan.
If you don't have the OE fan shroud, than there is no way to mount your OE coolant reservoir. Our E36 Fan Shroud has the option to come with a mounting bracket for your OE reservoir!

NOTE:
- This has not been tested on aftermarket radiators, only OEM. Aftermarket radiators should however, match OE specs, dimensions and measurements. With that being said, we cannot guarantee fitment on aftermarket radiators.
- Your slim fan will still need to be mounted to the radiator itself. Our goal was to allow for the accommodation of a variety of different slim fans.
