About the Author:
David Williams got his first Indian Lambretta in 1981 at the age of 16 and has had many since. During 2002/2003 he spent 18 months in India researching the subject of Indian Lambrettas, which resulted in the publication of the first edition of this book in 2004. On his return to the UK he opened a shop in Bristol (UK) specialising in Indian Lambretta scooters and spare parts. Three and a half years in the shop working daily with Indian scooters and Indian scooter riders has produced a large amount of complementary information for inclusion in this edition of the book.
