About the project

The Delhi Metro has been instrumental in ushering in a new era in the sphere of mass urban transportation in India. The modern Metro system introduced comfortable, and eco-friendly services for the first time in India and completely revolutionized the mass transportation scenario not only in the National Capital Region but the entire country. MICC is installed as part of the eco-friendly design. As MICC does not use Polymers, it does not release any toxins in the occurrence of a fire. There is also no need for much maintenance (meaning no construction disruptions) and has no field failures during its time.

Delhi can also reach extremely high temperatures and MICC will not fray or contort due to any increase in heat or exposure to extended sunlight.
