Utopiad. One of the leaders. Pays % from advertising revenue: 40% for your surfing + 10% for first level referrals, 5% for second level referrals 2% for third level referrals, and 1% for fourth level referrals. With average CPM, the result is comparable to other programs. Paid me $41 for December!
Cashsurfers - they surfing counter is reliable and the number of surfing points is increasing really fast! Pays for 4 levels of referrals. Payment depends on advertising income. Available internationally NOW! You don't need to surf, just work on any program and be connected to internet. December rate was about $0.3 an hour, but you don't need to surf, just stay online, and there is no hours limit!
