Habitat: Black soil prairie.
Range: Prairies across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas
Notes: Blue Funnel Lily blooms early spring. Colors of blooms varies greatly. Typically found in black land prairie. Fruit is uncommon in habitat, possibly due to a loss of pollinators. Corn from this plant was a food source for Native Americans.
