The Infosys Mysore Chapter!

*email notification beep*
I unlock my phone like I casually do , only to be astounded in a few micro seconds. The offer letter from Infosys has arrived in my mailbox.College is ending in a few weeks and my date of joining is just a week away from it.
Post few weeks:
College is done and dusted.I go back home for a week, to eventually hit the road again to Mysore little knowing that I am in for probably one of the best times of my life!

I check into the Infosys Mysore DC a day before my date of joining.I had googled and checked out the campus virtually before coming , but the level of astounding feels that I got in my gut when I entered the campus are inexpressible.
There was a very natural and calming aura to the whole place.The roads were as clean as I had only seen in movies all my life.
And this was just the starting.As I explored ahead , I found a basketball court , a volleyball court adjoining the MULTIPLEX.
Yes , there is a multiplex inside the campus itself.Being a straight up movie buff whose childhood answer to his occupation was becoming a movie critic , this was straight up paradise!
The campus stays true to the all natural atmosphere and hence there are cycle stands at regular intervals.I found the usage of cycles extremely fun and a healthy cum environmental friendly way to commute.
There are 2 gyms and a world class recreation center too for the health conscious and the sport freaks. All this is there and then there are the Software Development Blocks. The SD blocks are a thing of beauty in their own self.
There is more to it but it will actually be a memory OutOfBounds exception for this article.I leave the rest for you to explore and find out , because there should be a sense of suspense and amusement left for you too.
But just in case if you have already been to Mysore and are reading this to relive the glory days of your training , then there are a lot of things I haven’t written about and I wish you get a good amount of plain old nostalgia about your time spent here.
Infosys Mysore was definitely a life changing experience for me.Even though I got paid, but the time spent there was priceless.
If you are going in there soon , let me tell you that you are going to have one of the most memorable time of your lives and this is as close as you’ll get to have an almost Hogwarts like experience :D
