Dhirajlal Hirachand Ambani or Dhirubhai was a first generation Indian billionaire who established Reliance from scratch to a global conglomerate in 1958. He took the company public in 1977. Born in a nondescript Chowrad village in Gujarat in 1932, the Indian industrialist passed away in 2002. He married Kokila Ben in 1955. The Ambani couple had 4 kids including Mukesh and Anil Ambani. Here's a trip down the memory lane with his kids and grandkids.

Following his first stroke. After his death (2002), in 2004 the rift between both the siblings became public as the Reliance empire was divided. Mukesh Ambani and family later left for Antilia, while mum Kokila stayed back with Anil's family at (check in the below).
