I changed my pot on this crown of thorns because it didn’t have drainage, and I put it back in its same spot 3 days later it looks like this.. what happened?

I was just gifted this beautiful crown of thorns. The leaves are turning yellow. What could I possibly do to make it healthier? #CrownOfThorns

Leaves are turning yellow and dropping off. What’s going on?

My plant isn’t blooming but has lots of branches and leaves the soil I let dry out to water as directed when I bought it. The leave appear to have spots on them but it looks healthy.
