I went to an airshow a couple of days ago and I wondered why don’t we have wing vortices in game while pulling high G turns? We only have the tip, why not add the wings?
Wouldn’t it be cool to have these?
The stuff over the wing are not vortices, it’s laminar airflow and is not related to G forces.
High angles of attack create a lower pressure over the wing which adiabatically cools the air beyond the dewpoint, depending on many many variables.
I do believe I’ve seen it in game but it’s not as pronounced as in that image you added. Would be cool indeed to see it like that in cold/wet weather in game.
