Scientific Name: Salvinia Minima
Common Names: Salvinia, water sprangle
Salvinia is an extremely fast-growing floating plant with a unique textured leaf. It is great to use in aquariums to help prevent algae, provide shade for inhabitants, increase surface area, and reduces nitrates.
You will receive one (1) portion of salvinia. One portion is equivalent to 10+ leaves. One portion is a good start for a 10-gallon aquarium.

Get the heat pack! I order a tropical plant in the dead of winter and though it'd be fine. Some came looking a little iffy but after a few days it's all looking green and growing extremely well!
Healthy salvinia! I haven't had much growth yet but the nutrient levels in my tank are fairly low due to all the other plants and low stocking. It's not dying though! I love how they look like little cat tongues.
