Description

PLAYFUL SEXUAL DEVICE AND RELATED PROCEDURE OF PRODUCTION
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a playful sexual device, in particular to a device falling into the "dildo" category and the relative production process.
Background Art
Playful devices are known, commonly called "sex toys" usable for the sexual stimulation of the user or users.
The sex toys category includes a wide range of products that differ in type and purpose.
Mention is made in particular of the "dildo" category, which includes products made with shape and size such as to simulate the genitals.
Usually, the dildo differs from another category, that of "vibrators", in that, unlike the latter, they do not include mechanical parts suitable for causing the product to vibrate.
In reality there is no clear difference between the two categories, to the extent that vibrators can be considered a subcategory of the dildos.
The most common dildos have a shape similar to that of the male genital organ or shapes similar to this and, therefore, like this, are used for penetrations of various kinds, male and female.
Dildos also exist with a shape which simulate the female genital organ, and therefore, like this, are such as to be able to be penetrated.
A first drawback of the known devices is related to the temperature of the surfaces intended to come into contact with the bodily parts of the user.
These devices, in fact, are made from materials (plastic, cellulose or the like) the equilibrium temperature of which, especially in winter, is considerably lower than that of the bodily parts involved.
This produces sensations of discomfort in the user which could prevent the achievement of pleasure and therefore discourage the use of the device itself. A second drawback, always related to temperature, as mentioned above, is tied to the user's perception.
The latter, in fact, usually seeks realistic sensations, i.e., which are as close as possible to the sensations produced by a real genital organ.
In this sense, the sensation produced by the perception of a cold surface is considerably different to the sought sensation.
Furthermore, the need is known to facilitate the production process whereby the playful devices are made.
Known processes, in fact, often require relatively long production times, due to the operating temperatures used to form the materials.
Description of the Invention
The main aim of the present invention is to provide a playful sexual device the perception of which is the most realistic and truthful as possible.
One object of the present invention is to provide a playful sexual device which allows to preheat the surface designed to come into contact with the user's bodily parts.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a production process of a playful sexual device which allows to speed up the manufacturing time of the device itself.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a playful sexual device and relative production process which allows to overcome the mentioned drawbacks of the prior art within the ambit of a simple, rational, easy and effective to use as well as affordable solution.
The above mentioned objects are achieved by the present playful sexual device and relative production process having the characteristics of claim 1.

Embodiments of the Invention
With particular reference to such Figures, reference number 1 globally indicates a playful sexual device, particularly a device falling into the "dildo" category. The device 1 comprises a support body 2 having at least a contact surface 3 adapted to be positioned in contact with at least an erogenous area of the body of a user.
In particular, the support body 2 is shaped so as to substantially reproduce the forms of a male reproductive organ.
As shown by way of example in figure 1, the support body may have a substantially cylindrical shape, the extremity of which is connected in a rounded manner.
The contact surface 3 is outside the support body 2 so as to be able to come into contact with the internal parts of the penetrable erogenous areas.
Different embodiments cannot be ruled out wherein, e.g., the support body 2 is shaped so as to substantially reproduce the forms of a female reproductive organ.
In this case the support body has a substantially cylindrical shape with hollow transversal section and the contact surface 3 coincides partially or totally with the inner wall of the cavity, so as to come into contact with the penetrating erogenous areas.
According to the invention, the device 1 comprises a plurality of channels 4 distributed in correspondence of at least one portion of the contact surface 3. In the present embodiments, the channels 4 are made on the contact surface (Figure 1), or just below the contact surface 3 (Figure 10).
In both cases, the channels 4 are shaped to substantially reproduce the forms of superficial blood vessels, and adapted to contain a heat transfer fluid 5.
Preferably, the heat transfer fluid 5 is heated water or other heated liquid, but the use cannot be ruled out of cooled fluids, so as to provide both hot sensations and cold sensations.
The channels 4 extend with continuity along the contact surface 3 and are shaped so as to substantially reproduce the forms of the superficial blood vessels present on a male reproductive organ.
This way a solution is obtained which permits improving the ergonomics of the device, thanks to the channels 4 which simulate the forms of the blood vessels, and their comfort of use, thanks to the transmission of heat caused by the circulation of the heat transfer fluid.
The channels 4 comprise one or more branches and delineate a closed path, but different embodiments cannot be ruled out wherein the channels 4 converge towards an exit point which can be opened by applying pressure or on command.
The device 1 is made of silicone material, but the use cannot be ruled out of plastic-rubbery, or plastic-rigid, or glass material, etc.
This way, the heat transfer fluid 5 can be conveyed and made to exit through this exit point so as to simulate an ejaculation.
According to a first embodiment, shown in the Figures 1 and 2, the device 1 has a tank 6 that acts as a base and can be filled with the heat transfer fluid 5 through a specific opening (for simplicity of illustration not shown in the figures).
Advantageously, the device 1 comprises at least a tank 6 for storing the heat transfer fluid 5 which communicates with the channels. The tank 6 allows the insertion and/or replacement of the heat transfer fluid 5 through a special opening.
In these embodiments, the tank 6 is locked together with the support body 2. In particular, the tank 6 is positioned at the base of the support body 2.
Different solutions cannot be ruled out wherein, e.g., the tank 6 is not locked together with the device 1 and is connected thereto by means of a connecting tube or the like.
In this sense, the tank 6 acts as a collector, i.e. it collects the heat transfer fluid 5 at input and distributes it into the channels 4.
By totally or partially filling the tank 6 with the heat transfer fluid 5, this is distributed in the channels 4 and transmits heat by conduction to the entire contact surface 3, heating it.
By opening and emptying the tank 6, the heat transfer fluid 5 can be replaced when the latter has completely cooled down.
In a second embodiment, shown in figures 10, 11 and 12, at the base of the device 1 a grip element 18 is placed which acts, in fact, as a base and allows the maneuverability of the device itself.
The device 1 illustrated in the second embodiment comprises pressure adjustment means 16, 17 of the heat transfer fluid 5.
In particular, the pressure adjustment means 16, 17 comprise a pressurization seat 16 and a presser body 17.
The pressurization seat 16 communicates with the channels 4.
In the present embodiment, the pressurization seat 16 is obtained inside the support body 2 and is accessible from the outside to fill/empty the device 1. The presser body 17 is associated in a removable manner with the pressurization seat 16 between a free configuration (figure 11), wherein the pressure of the heat transfer fluid 5 is minimum, and an engagement configuration (figure 12), wherein the pressure of the heat transfer fluid 5 is maximum.
More particularly, the pressurization seat 16 and the presser body 17 have respective threads adapted to be associated with each other to form a nut-screw coupling. The presser body 17 is screw-shaped and is insertable in the pressurization seat 16 to be screwed into it.
This solution permits decreasing the volume of the tank 6 as the presser body 17 is gradually screwed up to switch from the free configuration to the engagement configuration.
This way the pressure of the heat transfer fluid 5 inside the tank 6 is increased, favoring the circulation through the channels 4, in the event of these being closed, increasing the pressure inside them.
This latter possibility is particularly useful in the case of the support body 2 being made of soft material.
In this case, by increasing the pressure inside the channels 4, and therefore inside the soft support body 2, the latter becomes more stiff, simulating, e.g., an erection, to the advantage of the realism of the performance of the device 1.
Alternative embodiments cannot however be ruled out wherein, e.g., the presser body 17 and the pressurization seat 16 are associated to form a prismatic coupling without thread, or wherein there are alternative pressure adjustment means.
A possible process I, II, III, IV for the production of a playful sexual device 1 is illustrated in Figures 3 to 8 and is described below.
This comprises a first preliminary step, illustrated in Figures 3, 4 and 5 for the production of a stiff shaper element 8 made of a fusible material 9.
In particular, the shaper element 8 is formed by means of a molding process.
Subsequently, the shaper element 8 is inserted in a mould 13 (Figure 6).
With reference to the particular embodiment illustrated in the figures, the mould 13 is a container having a shape such as to define a male sexual organ or the like.
According to the invention, the process comprises a second step II for the casting of a forming material 14 which, once liquefied, is inserted into the mould 13 partially incorporating the shaper element 8.
In the illustrations shown, the inner surface of the mould 13 is shown smooth in a simplified manner, but solutions cannot be ruled out wherein such inner surface is contoured, e.g. with veins, in such a way as to confer to the outer surface of the device 1 a shape that better resembles the anatomical shape of the male genital organ.
The shaper element 8 is a support specially designed to shape the device 1.
In the present embodiments, the shaper element 8 is made of wax and is shaped so as to have gaps 15 adapted to be filled with the forming material 14.
Other materials cannot be ruled out, other than wax, provided they are compatible with the operations useful to make the device 1.
For example, the shaper element 8 can be made with a water-soluble material, or with ice.
Again in the present embodiments, the forming material 14 is a biocompatible silicone material having higher melting temperature than wax.
The silicone material is poured in liquid state into the mould 13 containing the shaper element 8.
This way the forming material 14 can occupy the spaces left inside the mould 13, defining the shape of the device 1.
Still according to the invention, the process comprises a third step III for the hardening of the forming material 14 in the mould 13 (Figure 7).
The third step III consists in drying the forming material 14 within the mould 13 until it reaches the final texture of the product.
The third step III ends with the extraction from the mould 13 of the assembly made up of the hardened forming material 14 with the shaper element 8 incorporated and is followed by a fourth step IV.
The latter is a fourth step IV for the extraction of the shaper element 8 from the hardened forming material 14 (Figure 8).
If the shaper element 8 is made of wax or ice, the fourth step IV consists in heating the above assembly until the melting temperature is reached of the rigid fusible material 9 making up the shaper element 8 which, consequently, is extracted by casting.
This way, the spaces formerly occupied by the shaper element 8 remain empty inside the hardened forming material 14, thus forming the cavities within which a heat transfer fluid can be inserted.
The additive substances released by the melting of ice favor the hardening of the silicone material.
A fourth step IV cannot be ruled out wherein, as an alternative to heating the wax and extracting it by melting, the destruction of the wax itself is envisaged by means of knocks caused by special percussion instruments.
In this case, the forming material 14 must be elastic enough to withstand the knocks received.
A fourth step IV cannot furthermore be ruled out wherein the assembly defined by the forming material 14 and by the shaper element 8 is soaked in water.
In this case the shaper element 8 is made of material soluble in water and, after soaking, dissolves, thus freeing the empty spaces defining the channels 4.
This solution simplifies and speeds up the production process.
In a first embodiment, shown in the figures from 3 to 8, the shaper element 8 is made using a molding process.
The molding process comprises the insertion of the fusible material 9 into a support mould 10.
The latter has a first die 11 adapted to contain the fusible material 9 and a second die 12 adapted to define the final form of the shaper element.
In the present embodiment, the shaper element 8 is formed so as to constitute a venous reticulum, in particular, the venous reticulum present in the male genital organ.
The first die 11 has the shape of an elongated container, while the second die 12 has a shape such as to insert itself to measure in the first die 11.
The second die 12, furthermore, has surface shapings adapted to define the final form of the shaper element 8.
In fact, when the second die 12 and the first die 11 are joined, the fusible material 9 fits into the shapings and retraces their spatial pattern.
By cooling, the fusible material 9 becomes stiff as it is necessary for the shaper element 8 to be used in the subsequent phases.
In a second embodiment, the shaper element 8 is made with rapid prototyping technology.
In particular, such technology, which makes use of 3-D printers to make previously-made models in digital format, allows making a shaper element 8 like that schematically shown in figure 9.
The shaper element 8 illustrated comprises a threaded end portion 19, so as to allow the forming of the pressurization seat 16, which is also threaded.
In particular, the shaper element 8 made this way allows a more faithful reproduction of the venous reticulum of the genital organs, making it possible to produce a more ergonomic and more realistic device 1.
Furthermore, this solution permits speeding up production times because traditional forming or molding phases are no longer required.
It has in practice been ascertained how the described invention achieves the proposed objects and in particular the fact is underlined that the playful sexual device provided permits more realistic and true perception.
The provided device, furthermore, allows to preheat the surface designed to come into contact with the bodily parts of the user making its use more pleasant. The presence of heated channels that simulate the blood vessels, together with the achievement of temperatures similar to those of the body, make perception pleasant, realistic and truthful.
The manufacturing process of the provided device, instead, allows speeding up the production times of the device itself, which results in a considerable cutting of production costs.
