Abstract

The invention relates to an improved muzzle for a projectile launcher. The inventive muzzle is coupled to the barrel of an arm for launching rubber bullets, smoke pots, etc. The inventive muzzle is of the type (i) which consists of a tubular stepped body comprising an end internal thread that is connected to the barrel of the arm and (ii) which is equipped with radial outlet holes for the release of a quantity of discharge gases that can be varied by means of an adjustment ring with radial holes which fully or partially seal the outlet depending on the angular position thereof. According to the invention, the barrel coupling system includes an intermediate bush (3) that is adapted to the thread pitch of the barrel (2).
